Flowering size orchid

The Vanda bensonii is an attractive orchid species that occurs naturally in the tropical rainforests of Myanmar, Thailand and northeastern India. It is known for its beautiful, fragrant flowers, which are intensely colored and can reach a diameter of up to 5 centimeters. The flowers appear in a loose cluster on the flower stalk and are present all year round, with a focus in the summer months. Vanda bensonii grows epiphytically and therefore prefers a location with plenty of light, but without direct sunlight. It needs a good supply of water and nutrients and should be regularly sprayed in the root area. The plant prefers warm temperatures, typical for its tropical homeland. With its striking flowers and robust growing conditions, the Vanda bensonii is an asset to any orchid collection and a real eye-catcher in any room. Its scent is pleasantly aromatic.
