Orders

Order Process

We kindly ask you to refrain from adding items to existing orders. Please place a new order in our shop if necessary.

Payment and Shipping

We accept various payment methods, including advance payment, PayPal, direct debit, and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account. Detailed information on payment options can be found on the Payment and Shipping page of our website.
Shipping costs depend on the order value and the country of delivery. A detailed overview of shipping costs and options can be found on our Payment and Shipping page.

Changes and Cancellation

If the delivery address entered is incorrect or you wish to cancel the order, please inform us immediately as we sometimes ship on the same day.

Products

Product Information

As this requires a lot of effort, we kindly ask you to refrain from such requests. We try to keep the images in our shop as current as possible and also add high-quality descriptions.
The term "flowering size" means that the plant is large enough to bloom, but it does not necessarily mean it will be delivered in bloom. The flowering period is a time when the plants can bloom preferentially.

Shipping and Delivery

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your plants arrive safely and undamaged. For shipping, we use special packaging that protects the plants from cold if necessary. We also consider weather conditions along the delivery route. Additionally, we ship several times a week across Europe to keep delivery times as short as possible. Shipping

If there are delays, we will inform you immediately. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be longer in some countries.
You will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation and a tracking link that allows you to track the package at any time. With this email, the status of your order changes from "Open" to "Shipped". The tracking information is provided by our shipping partner, so we have no control over its timeliness.

Delivery

We ship packages across Europe with DHL.
From the time of shipment, you can expect approximately 1-3 business days within Germany. In countries in Southern Europe, it may take a little longer. Our plants easily withstand normal transit times.

Returns & Complaints

Returns

Please contact us first and use our withdrawal form template. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not have to provide a reason. After the items have returned to us, we will refund the invoice amount.

Complaints

If an item should be damaged, please contact us immediately, as questions about a plant can often be clarified more easily.

Customer Account

Vouchers & Promotions

You can redeem a voucher in the shopping cart (at the bottom). If the coupon code and expiration date are valid, the amount will be automatically deducted.

My Account

If you are already logged in, you can change your password here. If you have forgotten your password, please use this forgot password link. You will then receive an email with the relevant information. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
You can always view the status of your order on the overview page under "My Account".
